SHIPPING POLICY

Lendalli  is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Provided the products you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.

2. SHIPPING GUIDE –Please note that all shipping times are estimates

The shipping estimate does not include processing time. Shipping estimates are from the time an order ships, not from when the order is placed. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. The warehouse is closed on the weekend. Orders placed after hours on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the next business day.

3. SHIPPING

Shipping time is 4-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Lendalli uses USPS for its shipping alongside a tracking number.

4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Lendalli  does its best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

5. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

6. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Lendalli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

 Lendalli is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the purchaser (tariffs, taxes, etc).

8. DAMAGES

Lendalli will refund and/or pay for shipping for any product that is destroyed in the course of shipping. You are required to provide proof by sending a picture of the damage. You acknowledge that Lendalli's  liability will only be limited to such damages and nothing else.  

9. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our site and placing an order you have willingly accepted the terms of this Shipping Policy.

RETURNS

Process

To receive a refund, you have to contact us by email at [email protected] and provide us the reason for return along with your order number.

Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you a return label.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at [email protected] and request a return label.

We cover return shipping costs only in the case of sending the wrong or defective product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
